We are seeking a dedicated IT Staff member to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT systems. The IT Staff will assist in hardware and software installation, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain networks, and support employees with day-to-day IT needs.


Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of basic networking, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
