• Promptly responding via email, phone, video conference and other similar internet communications to its customers or clients in Thailand, whether individual or entity, relative to the products of Abbott Laboratories.
• To prepare daily and monthly reports of inquiries or concerns of Thai customers that will be submitted to the higher department or management.
• Identify the common or repetitious problems or concerns relative to the products being promoted to.
• Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times within the office premises, including to its clients.
• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
• Familiarizing with the new products and services as they are introduced.
• Attending workshops and meetings as required.
• Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
