We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in a variety of tasks and projects. You will work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and software.
  • Provide support for technical projects, including documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of technology into daily operations.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on technical tools and processes.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on new technologies and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of technical activities and projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical equipment, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
