Qualifications/Requirements

What are we looking for?

- Completed at least 2nd year college of education (Any IT – Related courses is a plus)
- Tech support or IT Service desk background is a plus
- Good command of English Language
- Technical knowledge is a plus
- Minimum of 6 months Technical Support experience (BPO or non-BPO industry) is an advantage
