Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in providing technical support to clients.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service desk best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
