Position: Systems Engineer
Job Description
- Provide first level resolutions/support in Spanish Language for EUC and Business Applications
- Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization / escalation to respective Support Group
- Incident resolution and recovery for IT SD/Account Provisioning/L1 EUC/L1 Apps
- Service request fulfilment processes in line with Service Desk objectives.
- ITSM Knowledge Management and Request fulfillment
Qualification
- Any Science / Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Spanish and English language
- Strong Service Desk background
- Experience using Service Now/other ITSM tool
- More than 7 years of client facing experience in customer service, working with direct consumers (B2B and B2C environment)
