POSITION: MANDARIN SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications tailored for Mandarin-speaking users.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in creating complex software systems, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code, optimizing performance for Mandarin-specific features.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless solutions for Mandarin users.
• Implement features and functionality that are culturally and linguistically accurate for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Identify and resolve complex software issues, ensuring smooth user experience for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Continuously explore new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to improve software development processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong experience in software development with languages like Java, Python, or C++.
• Expertise in web and application development frameworks
• Experience with localization or internationalization in software products.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Ability to work independently and lead development teams.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
