Position title: CRM Lifecycle Analyst

Job Description:
  • Prepare and maintain customer journey reporting
  • On regular basis analyze and suggest potential improvements of customer lifecycle journey
  • Ensure data, especially its quality, and information in between streams are up to date.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • SQL knowledge
  • BI tools, PowerBI, experience
  • Experience with various data coming from different sources
  • Understanding customer journey impact on profitability
