Job Description

  • Attends to customer’s billing concerns onsite;
  • Conducts field verification and inspection (FVF);
  • Conducts load analysis and load test during inspection;
  • Verifies and updates rates schedules;
  • Verifies the types of establishment;
  • Generates/Dispatches and feedbacks Job Orders;
  • Performs change meters, when needed;
  • Liquidates materials used in change meters;
  • Resolves JO, FVF, and interchanged meter and ensures that everything are accomplished on time;
  • Performs monthly inventory and conducts streetlights inspection to ensure that all connected streetlights are accounted to City/Barangays;
  • Coordinates with City/Barangays representatives during inventory of streetlights;
  • Conducts night inspection especially on disconnected barangays and reports to DB Department the illegally connected streetlights and CCTVs;
  • Conducts monthly inspection and inventory of CCTVs and customers with mother meter;
  • Conducts meter reading/billing of Power Customers, Flat Rate/CCTV, Streetlights and Government accounts and delivers the statement of account/bill of the same;
  • Responsible for plotting of connected streetlights and CCTV in Draftsight (CAD);
  • Conducts re-blocking of customers;
  • Attends meeting with Barangay and City official, when needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Industrial Technology Major in Electrical Technology, or any two-year Electrical course;
  • At least 6 months to 1 year work experience in electrical field;
  • Has knowledge and familiarity with electrical wirings and load analysis;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Computer literate;
  • Organized and keen to details;
  • Team player, flexible, and persuasive;
  • With good moral character;
  • Willing to do field works; and
  • Must possess skills in driving 4-wheel vehicles and holder of Professional Driver’s License..
  • Preferably a resident of Olongapo City.

Remarks

The position is responsible for attending to customer’s billing concerns onsite and for the inspection, inventory, meter reading and delivery of bills of Power Customers, CCTVs, Streetlights, and Government Accounts.
