SUPPLY MANAGER

STOCK AVAILABILITY AND INVENTORY CONTROL

• Ensures that the right SKU mix and right stocking levels thru timely replenishment
• Placement or confirmed and supplemental orders in coordination with the Operations Manager
• Coordinates with Finance Manager in conducting periodic inventory count following the standard procedures and correct usage of forms.

WAREHOUSING OPERATIONS & INFRASTRUCTURE

• Ensures that the right warehousing operational systems and procedures are followed from order picking to staging to delivery of goods to customers
• Ensures that warehouse storage capacity covers the current business needs with appropriate expansion areas in anticipation of future sales growth.
• Continuously applies Good Warehousing Practices, enforces safety and security measures & maintains cleanliness in the warehouse premises at all times
• Regularly reviews logistical requirements and provides recommendations to the Operations Manager to achieve operational efficiencies

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Ensures that customer’s orders are delivered on time and with the right quantity based on the standards set

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Continuous review and coaching of team performance against objectives and key competencies
• Identify the development needs and opportunities of his team and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these
• Formal appraisal and assessment of team thru regular performance review
• Effective and efficient warehouse operations
• Consistent application of the Warehouse Management Systems
• Accurate stock data and healthy stock covers
• Stock quality and product freshness (consistent FIFO/FEFO)
