The Risk Operations Manager oversees and optimizes the operational aspects of collection, verification, and management services (MS) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Collection/Verification/MS Teams from operational side
- Responsibility for overall performance of Collection/Verification/MS (Early and Late collection stages, verification, MS)
- Collection and implementation of the best local practices
- Guiding Collection Managment team
- Analysis of efficiency of all operational processes in Collection and development of suggestions for their optimization
- Capacity, Budget & Resources planning for Collection/Verification/MS
- Interact with IT and Reporting as a "single window" from the side of Collection Department for resolution incidents, building new processes and operational reporting
- Designing and implementation an effective training lifecycle across the Collection/Verification
- Interaction with International and local collection agencies
- Introduction of the most effective motivational systems
- Control over the cost of recovery
- Identification and minimization of operational risks
