BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT (BCM) GOVERNANCE
Develops, implements, and maintains a sustainable BCM Program. Ensures continuity of critical business functions through regular review, updating, and development of BCM framework,policies, guidelines, procedures, and plans.
Facilitates planning, coordinating, testing, and maintenance of new and existing Group-wide BCPs.
Collaborates with SBUs/BUs in relation to their own BCM implementation
During incidents, provides guidance to the AEV Corporate Center and, if needed, the SBUs/BUs with the identification, management, and implementation of appropriate Business Continuity Plans.
Acts as a subject matter expert for BCM related activities.
Responsible for managing, coordinating BCM Audit and Assurance activities.
GROUP-WIDE INCIDENT MONITORING
As the Incident Secretariat, performs the groundwork on business continuity response and recovery aspects
Gathers incident data and status updates from Business Units and prepares reports for internal stakeholders. Incidents include but are not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, ash fall, fires, landslides, etc.
Conducts lessons learned and post incident/event documentation.
Serves as the backup should the manager be unable to fulfill duties during the incident management.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT (BCM) CAPABILITY BUILDING
Conducts research on business continuity management related subjects
Develops the BCM e-Learning Modules and other BCM communication materials
Conducts all other BCM related training such as BCM Overview, BIA 101, BCP Development, etc.
Additional Responsibilities
BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT PROJECTS
Supports the Manager in the roll-out of BCM activities
Acts as the project manager for some BCM initiatives including but not limited to BCM Awareness Week, Drills and Exercises, KiDisaster, etc.
As member representative of AEV to the Safety Committee
Assists and supports planning, organizing, and implementing Safety Committee programs at Corporate Center NAC Tower
