Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Business, Hospitality, or Food-related field)
With at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or bakeshop operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledgeable in inventory management, sales monitoring, and daily store operations
Able to implement company standards on cleanliness, food safety, and quality control
Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Trustworthy, dependable, and results-driven
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems)
Can work under pressure in a fast-paced food retail environment
