Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Outlet
In charge of managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business Related course
  • with at least 1 year of leadership function in a service oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant or quick service restaurant, among others is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.
  • People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team.
  • Knowledge on basic store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability
  • Willing to be relocate/Assign in Cebu City Area; Ayala Center Cebu, Robinsons Galleria and South Area; Mambaling, Banawa, SM Seaside, Minglanilla, Lapulapu, Talisay Area, Mambaling Area, SRP, Tabunok and Dumlog.
