As the Arcade Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of arcade attendants to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure the arcade runs smoothly, and drive a fun, positive experience for all guests. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead by example, and maintain a high standard of arcade maintenance and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of arcade attendants to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
Ensure all guests are welcomed and assisted in a professional and friendly manner
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed
Help organize and promote in-store events, competitions, or special promotions to engage guests and increase foot traffic.
Ensure that inventory is consistently organized, well-stocked, and easy to access for both customers and team members.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance, arcade usage, financials, and customer feedback.
Manage daily and weekly schedules for the team, ensuring sufficient coverage during peak hours.
