Job Description

  • Your role is to be a Store Head which is directly reporting to Zone Head/Area Head/Cluster STM
  • Ensure that the store is ready for customers.
  • Execute management's directives and instructions and ensure proper and timely compliance.
  • Check the accomplishment of all delegated tasks and assignments to store officers and resolve pending transactions.
  • Check everyday emails.
  • Walk Every Aisle Daily.
  • Closely monitor sales and drive selling workforce to achieve the daily sales target.
  • Perform counter functions if needed.
  • Perform specific treasury function that maybe assigned from time to time.
  • Checking and monitoring of utility consumption. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • With at least 2 years supervisory experience in Retail Operations
  • Sales-Oriented
