STORE SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE OR FUNCTION:

Oversees overall management of branch’ performance including but not limited to inventory, man-power, workplace and branch team’s KPI. Ensures efficient operations, handles customer concerns, collaborates with other departments for seamless branch functioning. Ensures all procedures and policies are implemented and the branch is able to meet key results and is able to resolve branch concerns based on service level agreements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage overall branch daily operations including but not limited to ensuring completeness of the required branch man-power for daily operations, ensures team’s compliance on the standard operating procedures and policies
• Designs branch goals and present budget allocation to Area Manager to support goal
• Impose and complies on company standard operating procedures seemingly inform and train new team members on the company’s standard operating procedure
• Impose implementation of 5s in all areas in branch location to promote overall branch cleanliness and organization
• Custodian for all motorcycle units and spare parts in the branch location (system and actual).
• Custodian for company’s fixed assets in the branch location
• Custodian for service equipment inventories
• Custodian for all receipts
• Custodian for branch roll-up door keys
• Formulate strategy to hit sales target and reinforces requirements to hit collection efficiency target
• Ensure that all programs including but not limited to marketing activities, sales efforts, promos and discounts are implemented.
• Oversee branch performance on the different key areas including but not limited to sales, credit and collection management, inventory, and branch man-power productivity and efficiency
• Responsible in communicating branch concerns on Area Manager to properly escalate branch concerns
• Resolves different branch related concerns
• Attends to customer requirements; converts foot traffic to sales
• Formulates and submits reports on branch daily opening and closing report requirements and all other reports requirements required by the Management.
• Execute verification of the end of day reconciliations including but not limited to cashiering, petty cash, daily inventory reconciliations on motorcycle, spare parts and service equipment
• In-charge in the remittance of daily cash sales and collection
• Oversee processing of credit applications; ensuring no applications are left unprocessed
• Verifies and request original copies of ORCR; seemingly safeguard and safe-keep ORCR prior to releasing
• Verifies and approves branch supplies requisition based on the approved budget
• Process business permits and renewals
• Monitors and ensure that branch overdue account is updated and notified
• Performs other tasks and projects as required by the management ad hoc task/projects related to the position.
