Duties and responsibilities
-Conducts customer calls to convert digital leads into responses.
-Shall act as a sales agent in the branch and must meet sales targets of repossessed motorcycle units and new product endorsements per month.
-Conducts interviews and onboard new clients; ensures accurate information is reflected in the system.
-Shall handle/resolve customer concerns and issues raised at the branch
-Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.

Qualifications/Requirements

A. Education: Graduate of 4-year business course (2-year course and college undergraduate is considered depending on experience.)
Must have a copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
B. Work Experience: At least 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in automotive and/or financial services. Experience in loan processing is an advantage, specifically in Motorcycle Loans, experience in customer relations is a plus.
