Who are we looking for:
As a Store Crew, you are expected to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. You will be working closely with customers to determine their needs, recommend the right solutions, ensure maximum client satisfaction by staying up-to-date with products and maintain the store’s visual appearance in high standards.
- Provides efficient, friendly, and courteous service to all customers.
- Support daily operations of the store.
- Perform cashiering activity ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Complete sales documents daily.
- Conducts store inventory according to set procedures and guidelines.
- Follows set guidelines on receiving and storing products.
- Lifts and carries cases of goods and beverage items and arrange accordingly.
- Stock shelves, chillers, freezers as needed.
- Performs basic equipment cleaning and maintenance as scheduled.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the stockrooms and the store.
