Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly and reliable Store Staff to join our team. The Store Staff will assist customers, manage store inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet and assist customers in finding Japanese grocery items.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Promote store specials and new arrivals.
Product Knowledge & Assistance:
- Stay informed about Japanese food products, ingredients, and usage.
- Assist customers in understanding labels and product selections.
- Handle food items carefully to maintain quality.
Store Maintenance & Inventory:
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Monitor product expiration dates and follow proper stocking procedures.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise.
Operational Support:
- Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, shelves, and storage areas.
- Follow store policies and food safety regulations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the store manager.
