Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing all the activities in the store.
  • Provide effective management with the support from top management to ensure complete success
  • Create and execute store business plan
  • Improve profit and attain sales target of the supermarket
  • Deal with all complaints, queries and other related customer service issues
  • Oversee receiving and orders and stock control
  • Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and also follow up on the results they generate
  • Complete all the operational requirements of the store
  • Appraise, monitor and plan tasks to be given to individual staff members
  • Discipline, counsel and coach employees to maintain positive result generation
  • Initiate corrective actions,analyze variance, schedule expenditure and prepare annual budget aside achieving other financial objectives of the organization
  • Establish good rapport with existing and potential customers
  • Maintain inventories to ensure consistent availability of the required services and merchandise
  • Study trends, authorize clearance sales and also determine all required sales promotions
  • Ensure store profitability and manage and develop branch personnel
  • Plan, implement and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, mission and vision
  • Work with other team members, consultants, key customers, and key suppliers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Maintain contact and friendly relationship with customers and suppliers, building a favorable company image. Resolve problems and complaints as they arise
  • Successfully resolve customer issues timely and professionally
  • Maintain positive attitude towards customer and associates by being friendly and courteous
  • Provide customer assistance as needed. This will include over the counter, over the phone,etc.
  • Continuously update product knowledge. Stay informed and educated as to product inventory and applicability. Understand product applications and help customers in their selections.
  • Attend periodic management meeting
  • Manage workflow to assist staff in balancing priorities, providing back up support if needed and others
  • Willing, able and capable of performing any branch job functions as needed
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjustments
  • Coordinates and support other branches in all their requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Male and Female
  • 24 - 45 Years Old
  • 3 Years work experience
  • With Valid Philippine Passport
  • Certificate of Employment (COE)
  • Update Resume
