Job Description

An F&B Steward in the hotel industry is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in all food and beverage areas, including kitchens, dining areas, and service areas. They ensure that these areas are spotless and hygienic, contributing to a pleasant guest experience and upholding health and safety standards. Specifically, they wash dishes, utensils, and equipment, dispose of waste, assist with event setup, and may also handle general cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping.

  • Good Communication: Effectively interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
