Job Description

A Hotel Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas. This includes washing dishes, cleaning equipment, organizing kitchen tools, and supporting chefs and kitchen staff in ensuring smooth operations. The steward plays a vital role in maintaining high sanitation standards in the hotel’s food and beverage operations.


Qualifications/Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Previous experience in stewarding, housekeeping, or kitchen support preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Knowledge of basic hygiene and cleaning procedures.

Team player with a strong work ethic.
