Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Technical training or vocational certification in steel fixing or construction (preferred but not required).
Experience:
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a steel fixer or structural steel worker.
Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in reading and interpreting BBS, construction plans, and blueprints.
Skilled in using hand tools (pliers, tying guns) and machinery (rebar cutters, benders).
Strong knowledge of reinforcement techniques and standards.
Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or in confined spaces.
Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy steel materials.
Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for long periods.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
