- Observe and implement SOPs and nursing home policies
- Medication administration
- Accurate documentation
- Conduct internal audit, carry out corrective and preventive measures for non-compliance/ discrepancies
- Make rounds in the wards, take note of residents’ issues, promptly highlight to superior and work together for solution
- Supervise and coach junior staff

 

Qualifications/Requirements

 Job Requirements for STAFF/ REGISTERED NURSE:

-- Registered with PRC

- Registered with SNB

   - if do not have Singapore Nursing License must have at least 2 years relevant experience in the Philippines within the last 5 years in hospital settings
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Able to perform 6-day work week, rotating day-shift


Compensation Package

Monthly salary of SGD2,100 + Free Housing (or Housing Allowance of SGD450) + Free Meals
