  • A Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and their families. They work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and are responsible for maintaining patient records, assisting with procedures, and contributing to a safe and clean environment.
  • Providing physical and emotional support to patients, monitoring their condition, and reporting changes to the RN. 
  • Working with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, other nurses, and support staff, to provide comprehensive patient care. 
  • Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state where you plan to work. Other common requirements include CPR certification, specialized certifications like ACLS or PALS, and some experience in a healthcare setting. 
  • Must be Registered Nurse (RN)
