Registered Nurse

• Documents patient care services.

• Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Team player.
• Supervise, coordinate, and provide direct nursing care to patients
• Provides quality, compassionate, and care
• Provide patient and family health teaching.
• Ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Perform related duties as required.
