  • Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulation.
  • They supervise construction & sub-construction, educate construction workers onsite.
  • Managing staff, ensuring safety, inspecting work, scheduling, communication, monitoring & maintaining relationship.
  • Staying informed about local and national building codes and regulations is vital for ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Effectively lead and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Understanding and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe work environment are paramount.
  • The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues that may arise on site is crucial for project success.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Civil/ Mechanical Engineer
  • Minimum 3 yrs. related experience.
