Job Description

The Volleyball Coach shall:

  1. Build Structure and Organization for a modern volleyball Club according to latest development;
  2. Entertain international relationship with Players' Agents, Teams, Coaches and Players to develop Philippine Volleyball under supervision and support of Strong Group Athletics (SGA);
  3. Select local coaches and players according to international standards;
  4. Create Game Strategies using A.l. and Statistics Softwares;
  5. Assist the SGA Coaches in their choices during the games;
  6. Assess and evaluate the program of SGA Volleyball teams;
  7. Hold yearly Volleyball Clinics to develop Filipino Coaches and Players hosted by SGA.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Extensive coaching experience at the international, national team, or elite professional club level;
  • Preferably with FIVB Coaching Certification (or equivalent high-level international certification);
  • Demonstrated success in coaching high-performance athletes in major competitions;
  • Proven expertise in advanced volleyball tactics, analytics, and player scouting; and
  • Comprehensive understanding of volleyball rules, competition formats, and game regulations.
