SPEECH THERAPIST II

1. Collaborates with the unit head in planning and preparing different activities and programs of the unit.

2. Performs administrative duties such as submission of required reports, attending to different meetings, monitoring of the unit's supplies and other related administrative task.

3. Responds to request and orders as directed by the Unit/Department Head.

4. Performs screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention treatment and provides home instruction programs for out-patients and in-patients.

5. Monitors and evaluates performance of subordinates.

6. Mentors subordinates on technical topics for their professional development.


Qualifications/Requirements

SALARY GRADE: 14 – Php 33,843

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
OFFICE: Personnel shall be detailed at Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
