Job Description

POSITION: SOUS CHEF

- Responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen department & developing strategies to ensure the outlets and banquets operate successfully & profitably.

- Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.

- Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.

- Ensures that kitchen complies with health safety regulations.


Qualifications/Requirements

- At least two (2) years’ experience in the same capacity.
- Experience in the luxury or upscale segment is preferred.
- Strong leadership & organizational skills.
- Graduate of culinary courses or any certificates related to food industry.
