*ASSIST IN MANAGING HEAD CHEF AND OTHER KITCHEN STAFF.
*ASSISTS WITH MENU PLANNING, INVENTORY, AND MANAGEMENT OF SUPPLIES.
*ENSURES THAT FOOD IS TOP QUALITY AND THAT KITCHEN IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
*KEEPS STATIONS CLEAN AND COMPLIES WITH FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
* DEGREE IN CULINARY EDUCATION
* 3YRS+ EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD
* ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD PROFESSIONAL PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES
*EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
*HIGHLY ORGANIZED
*STRONG WORK ETHIC
*GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
*METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAILS
