Job Title: Advanced App Engineering Assoc Manager 

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the project. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Japanese Language. Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. Knowledge of application integration techniques and technologies. Experience with agile development methodologies.- Familiarity with database management systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. This position is based in Manila.
