With more than 8,000 professionals across 9 delivery centers in the Philippines, MicroSourcing remains the country’s largest provider of offshoring solutions.

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team and help us design, develop, test, secure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will be responsible for implementing components of a solution that include: application enhancements, custom user experiences, system integrations, data conversions, and custom process automation.

A Senior Power Platform Developer is expected to:

Create technical designs and documentation for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Develop, configure, and customize Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse according to the business requirements and best practices.
Extend the user experience and the platform using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and custom connectors.
Develop integrations and data conversions using RESTful Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and other Azure services.
Test, secure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions using various tools and techniques.
Deploy and manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions using ALM practices and DevOps tools.

Qualifications/Requirements

What it takes to be part of our team:
A strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services, including in-depth understanding of its capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
A basic understanding of authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.
Development experience that includes Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.
Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, and NUnit.
Experience with data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira
Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 certifications
