A NodeJS Developer (Mid Level) is expected to:
Design and develop technical components for systems and services maintained by GoGet.
Develop and maintain interfaces and back-end services.
Contribute to architectural design, scoping, analysis, testing, and technical project management.
Participate in code and design reviews.
Collaborate as a member of the agile delivery team to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Assist in work rationalization and planning activities.
Emphasize clear communication and stakeholder management for consistent understanding of impacts.
Engage in critical business processes, both operational and strategic.
Work in a small team with a broad service focus, adapting to changes and creatively addressing challenges.
Collaborate with the Technology leadership team on problem-solving.
Ensure internal alignment to priorities and policy compliance by working closely with all parts of the Technology team.
Enjoy a diverse range of tasks, including back-end web application development, testing, and diagnostics.
Handle both long-term release cycles with effective planning and focus, and day-to-day management of customer implementations.
Analysis, architecture, design and implementation of technical features.
Staying on top of industry best practices and trends, as well as changes to compliance requirements.
Ensuring code quality is maintained at an acceptable level, and that the relevant standards and guidelines are followed including automated testing, code reviews and code quality assessments.
Investigating and resolving bugs and issues in our custom software.
Promoting continuous improvement and professional development of the Technology team (people and process).
Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of websites and applications.
