- Prepares all necessary materials, manpower and equipment for the project.
- Provides schedule for the personnel involved in the project.
- Coordinates to all departments for needed resources of the operation.
- Monitors progress of the project in a regular basis.
- Assures compliance of permits and other regulatory documents.
- Assures safety protocols are being observed all the time.
- Performs hazards and risk management before, during and after the operations.
- Assures project is built in adherence to the building and plan standards.
- Attends meeting as needed.
- Presents reports in a regular basis.
- Coordinates to contractors.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise within the field by participating in professional development.
- Ensures confidentiality in all documents and dealings.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
