A Service Advisor's job is to act as the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle service or repair. They listen to customer concerns,  provide estimates, and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs and customer satisfaction. Essentially, they bridge the gap between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone

Qualifications/Requirements

-A graduate of bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
With pleasing personality
-Excellent customer service skills
-Above average verbal and written communication
-Able to multi-task
-Computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office application
-Must have a current valid driver’s license (A,B)
