Position Title : Senior Sewing Specialist

Responsible for overseeing sewing operations, ensuring high-quality production, training junior staff, and troubleshooting technical issues related to sewing processes. Improves efficiency, maintains quality standards, and assists in the development of new sewing techniques or designs.


Qualifications/Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred vocational training in garment manufacturing or sewing
* Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sewing within a garment manufacturing environment
* Experience in handling different fabrics
* Expertise in operating industrial sewing machines
* Strong knowledge in garment construction, pattern reading and stitching techniques
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Experience in high-end fashion, sportswear or technical garments is a plus
