Job Description

MANDARIN SERVICE DIRECTOR

- Lead, manage, and inspire the service team to deliver outstanding experiences for Mandarin-speaking customers.

- Develop and implement service protocols and training programs with a focus on Mandarin language and cultural awareness.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align service offerings with cultural expectations and preferences.

- Monitor service quality through customer surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, health, safety, and service regulations.


Qualifications/Requirements

- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
- Strong understanding of Chinese cultural etiquette, preferences, and customer service expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- High attention to detail and service excellence.
