Responsible for providing technical support and guidance during equipment installation and trial run of the new energy storage project. Ensure the delivery quality of products, improve customer satisfaction, and support secure, efficient, and orderly high-quality delivery. Provide training and communication for Philippine employees to improve their product technical capabilities. Maintain continuous communication with customers, provide technical solution implementation assurance, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Preferably with master’s degree.
• Has at least 12 years relevant work experience for the position
• With consulting and design skills.
• Skilled in modifying drawing based on projects
• Highly proficient in both Chinese and English language considering the clients include both local and Chinese clients
