Job Description:
Responsible in developing service strategy and strategy of the rep office according to the SP and BP of the rep office.
Involve in planning, building, and operate the self-service platform, interactive service platform, and on-site service platform of the representative office, provide high-quality and differentiated services for end consumers, and take responsibility for service satisfaction. Collect and analyze consumer records, push related departments to make improvements, continuously improve customer satisfaction with product quality and serviceability, and handle major accidents and crises. Responsible for the internal control and success management of the rep office's service domain, control the service success through the E2E process through process adaptation and development, and effectively control service risks to support the rep office's achievement of business objectives. Ensures the development of the service organization representative office and develop personnel capabilities.
