POSITION TITLE:  MORTGAGE SERVICING SENIOR DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS

  • Design & develop optimal organizational, performance measure & succession planning
  • Lead, engage and develop team to maximize their performances and development
  • Drive business success and accelerated growth through active participation of the day-to day-operation
  • Identify customer needs / market opportunities and achieve business growth by building and maintaining long term customer relationships with the assigned territory/accounts
  • Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible
  • Mentor direct reports, specifically regarding our values and vision
  • Lead quality, cost and productivity improvements while maintaining compliance
  • Ensure system, processes and efficiencies are in place to achieve financial targets
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
  • Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant
  • Contribute to the overall global success of the company

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in management within the financial services industry out of which minimum 8 years of US mortgage experience with knowledge of Skip tracing and loan modifications/payment defaults
• Knowledge of reviewing high value transactions within the financial services industry
• Capability and capacity to handle or proven track record managing a team of 250+ FTEs within mortgage industry
• Has successfully worked with American clients or accounts with proven track record.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Strong business acumen, Entrepreneur spirit with a continuous growth mindset
• Must be willing to work night shift and on site
