Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
∙ Greet customers as they come into the restaurant.
∙ Help in assisting customers (take orders from customers and to serve them satisfactorily) ∙ Involves cleaning up the tables and providing a good experience for diners
∙ Must ensure that customers are satisfied with the services that he/she has provided ∙ Must be able to carry out their tasks following high level of hygiene policies and standards

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
∙ Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
∙ At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position ∙ Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Food, Beverage, Restaurant Service or equivalent
∙ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∙ Ability to work under pressure
