Bilang isang SERVICE CREW sa GoodTaste Restaurant - Otek, ito ang mga trabahong kailangang gawin:
  • Magalang na pagbati sa mga customers;
  • Pag asikaso sa pila ng customers;
  • Pag kuha ng orders at pagsagot ng mga katanungan;
  • Siguraduhing lahat ng mga kubyertos ay malinis at napunasan ng maigi;
  • Magbigay ng menu sa mga customers kung kinakailangan;
  • Paghatid ng pagkain at ng mga pampalasa sa lamesa;
  • Muling paglagay ng mga naubos na pampalasa tulad ng toyo, suka at ketchup;
  • Pagbigay ng resibo ng bayarin at pagbalik ng sukli – siguraduhing tama ang sukli na naibigay;
  • Tumutulong sa pagtatanggal ng mga pinggan, plato, baso o kubyertos sa mga lamesa (pagbubus out o pagdidish out);
  • Subaybayan at siyasatin ang dining area;
  • Sagutin ang mga katanungan at harapin ng maayos ang customer;
  • Pagbigay ng orders sa mga delivery riders;
  • Maayos na pagkolekta at pagbalik ng payong ng mga customers;
As a SERVICE CREW in GoodTaste Restaurant - Otek, you will be assigned of the following:
  • Ushers in and politely greets all customers;
  • Politely assists customers in waiting in line;
  • Takes customer orders and answers all customer queries;
  • Ensures that all dishes, utensils, drinking glasses are properly wiped and dry;
  • Ensures cleanliness and spotless dishes, utensils, drinking glasses to be served on the tables of customers; hands out additional menu if necessary;
  • Delivers the food, customer orders and as well as the calamansi and chili peppers to tables;
  • Refills all condiments such as: soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup;
  • Hands in the bill out slips and monetary change - double checking if exact change has been given;
  • Carefully dishes out/bus out plates and dishes from dining tables and ensures cleanliness of tables;
  • Monitors and does ocular inspection of the dining area;
  • Effectively and patiently handles customer complaints and questions;
  • Releases orders to food delivery riders;
  • Collects and correctly returns the umbrellas of customers;

Qualifications/Requirements

High school o elementary graduate;
May dedikasyon at hindi lumiliban sa trabaho - lalo habang nasa probationary period;
May paninindigan;
May resume o bio-data;
May xerox copy o photocopy ng mga sumusunod:
1. SSS or UMID/Photocopy of SSS Data Record
2. PhilHealth ID/Photocopy of PhilHealth Data Record
3. PagIBIG ID/Photocopy of PagIBIG Data Record
4. TIN ID/Photocopy of TIN Data Record
5. Birth Certificate
6. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
7. Diploma/Form 137 (if applicable)
8. Transcript of Record (if applicable)
9. Certificates of Employment (if applicable)
10. Barangay Clearance/Certificate
11. Police/NBI Clearance
