Job Description

The Store Crew is responsible in maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization within the store. They undertake a range of duties to support store operations, including food and beverage preparation and service, inventory management, cash handling, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Reporting directly to the Store Manager to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication in meeting the needs of both customers and the store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with orders and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to cultivate strong customer relations and elevate the overall customer experience.

• Operate cash registers in adherence to cash handling procedures, process transactions efficiently, and maintain accuracy in using the POS (Point of Sale) system.

• Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and bakery items using fresh ingredients and following strict recipes and presentation standards. Maintain adequate stock of dining supplies and ensure a clean, organized kitchen while adhering to health and safety regulations. Contribute to the store's presentation and provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain organized stock to ensure efficient inventory management. Promptly report any discrepancies to management to ensure smooth store operations and to optimize inventory control.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including restocking and cleaning duties to ensure all areas are consistently presentable to customers. Promptly report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the store manager for swift resolution, thus supporting the seamless operation of the store.

• Effectively communicate concerns and suggestions for improvement and foster collaboration with team members to enhance store operations' efficiency and to cultivate a positive work environment characterized by teamwork.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic food and beverage preparation skills, food safety, and hygiene.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic Math skills and with ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Preferably familiar with cash registers and POS systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
