JOB SUMMARY
A Sales Crew is responsible for assisting customers in finding the items they require. Answering customer queries about the products and helping them finalize their purchase are also part of the tasks for this position. He/she must have excellent knowledge about the products that the company offers so as to be able to respond to the questions and concerns of customers.
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome customers when they enter the store.
• Assist customers in locating products by going through the inventory.
• Pack items, prepare orders prior to delivery or pick up by customers.
• Ensure packed items are complete and of good quality.
• Assist in ensuring that display freezers are properly loaded.
• Assist customers in completing purchases.
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone or in-person.
• Assist in preparation of Sales Invoices.
• Check prepared items to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Monitor inventory and notify OS Coordinator when items need to be restocked.
• Build customer relationships.
• Perform tasks that may be assigned by direct supervisor.
