Customer Service
  • Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Front Counter & Dining Area
  • Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) system efficiently
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area
  • Assist in table clearing, sanitizing, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Kitchen Duties
  • Prepare food according to company standards and safety protocols
  • Follow standard recipes and portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food prep areas
Cleanliness & Sanitation
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Properly dispose of waste and used materials
  • Observe food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Teamwork & Store Operations
  • Support other crew members as needed during busy hours
  • Participate in store set-up, opening, and closing routines
  • Assist with inventory and restocking supplies

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least High School graduate (Senior High School level preferred)
  • With or without experience; training will be provided
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, fast learner, and a team player
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • Can work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
