Job Summary:
As a Services Crew member at 7-Eleven, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and order, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate the POS (Point-of-Sale) system to process transactions accurately
Replenish shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the store including floors, counters, and restrooms
Assist in receiving and stocking inventory
Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and security
Prepare basic food and beverage items, such as hotdogs, coffee, and other ready-to-eat products
Support in executing store promotions and merchandising
Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously
Perform other duties as assigned by the store supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills
Honest, reliable, and a team player
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
Work Environment:
Fast-paced retail environment
May involve working with food, cleaning chemicals, and performing light physical labor
