1. 10% Implement and supervise Research and Innovation Office (RIO) tasks.
2. 10% Supervise RIO junior staff.
3. 10% Supervise and maintain the RITM Research Database.
4. 10% Supervise and implement the creation of RIO standard operating procedures, work instructions, forms, and other administrative documents.
5. 10% Assist RITM investigators in writing scientific manuscripts.
6. 10% Supervise RIO’s thrusts on research resource collation (call for proposals, conference awards, scholarships, etc.)
7. 10% Assists the RIO chairperson in RIO activities and other activities as directed.
8. 10% Coordinate, implement and facilitate activities of the Research and Innovation Committee (meetings, workshops, information dissemination, seminars, research for a, etc.)
9. 10% Participate in RIO strategic planning.
10. 5% Ensures that RIO abides by the RITM quality policy.
11. 5% Represent RIO in meetings when relevant to the tasks performed, or when the office chair or committee members are unavailable.
