Job Description:
Oversees and manages engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring that the project meets its objectives in terms of quality, cost, and time.                                                                                                                           Lead and manage all phases of engineering projects, from planning, design, and execution to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
Ensure that all engineering work complies with applicable laws, codes, and standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Review and approve technical designs, plans, and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and ensure that engineering principles and practices are adhered to during the construction process.
Ensure safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project status, issues, and changes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities within the engineering team to ensure efficient project execution.
Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control measures.
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and complies with safety regulations.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project.
Develop strategies and contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimize project disruptions.


Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
At least with 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
Proven experience leading and managing large-scale engineering projects.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical specifications related to the specific field (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Philippines
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications
Certifications in specialized areas such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or ISO may be advantageous.
